I just found this recorder for only $30-something and ws just wondering if anyuone was familiar with it. I could get an Olympus, but really would prefer not to spend hundreds for mainly recording interviews and meetings. If anyone has one of these I'd love to hear your feedback about them. Thank you.

If you're looking for a simple recorder, then this could be the one. Also, if you're planning to record short messages, as oppose to long recordings such as lectures, then this recorder would not be right for you. This recorder only has three buttons (record, play/stop and delete) and only has 8 hours of recording. It takes 2 tripple AAs and has a belt clip. Finally, if you're looking for a recorder with features of rewind and fast forward within a message, the Olympus will be a better choice as the Wilson does not have this feature. Hope this helps.

I got one for Christmas and I love it! There is a switch on it that can change the sample rate of the recording. It also has a USB cable and can connect to your computer. So if your recordings get to much, you don't have to delete them.

It sounds like the Olympus is a way better option for you, but it depends on what you want to record and if you wand cool features.
